2020 Priest Creek Unoaked Chardonnay lamb sirloin ripe plum and blueberry areThis is a well made, stylish unoaked Chard. The nose is pretty and seductive starting with mango and pear. The front palate is shy, but the finish is very long and complex. The flavours are very representative of the grape varietal itself, with yellow apple to start and also offering more tropical notes subsequently. The finish highlights lingering acidity, white spice and good length. 320 cases produced.
