McCarthy's Single Barrel Cast Strength Single Malt Sparkling this Premier Cru Cognac hasA Cask Exclusive single barrel, McCarthys 6 year Oregon Single Malt. This single barrel was bottled at cask strength, made from 100% peated malt barley from Port Ellen. All six years were spent in garryana oak. The oak itself was air dried for three years previous to its use as a barrel. The whiskey was distilled on a single distillation pass, non chill filtered and bottled at Clear Creek Distillery in Hood River, Oregon.
