Its so cheap and awful-feeling, and the images of the cards inside look so dull and gloomy as a result

I can imagine the reason why it was left out was that it was just extra unnecessary text, and it was kinda boring (one third were just Grassland) and didnt add anything to the game or actual flavor, so it was probably the first to go when they were slimming things down
