Large (2 3 in) blue purple flowers top 1. 5 2 ft stems in early summer, reminiscent of foxgloves, but with larger flowers and less toxicity. Developed by Christian Kress of Austria's Sarastro Nursery, this superb bellflower hybrid between two heat loving species (Campanula punctata x Campanula trachelium) can be relied upon to remain in a clump. Easy to grow and a long lived
